Janneth, is the President and sole owner of Exact Escrow Inc. Prior to starting the company with a long-time friend, Janneth held positions in several active escrow companies in the San Gabriel Valley. She is fluent in Spanish and has been in the escrow industry since 1982. Her duties at Exact Escrow Inc. include overseeing the company’s daily activities, coordinating the staff , and pursuing opportunities for business development. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her granddaughters.

Shannon’s bright smile and bubbly personality make her a pleasure to work with throughout the escrow process. In fact, working with Shannon gives you something to look forward to when you call the office. Shannon has been in the escrow industry since 2000. She handles all types of escrow transactions. Her extensive knowledge , professionalism and positive attitude provides a great level of support to the Exact Escrow team. She thrives in customer service and is willing to take any challenging files and close them. Her clients are for life! Kimberly has been in the escrow industry since 2004. She started at Exact Escrow Inc. as our receptionist and has continuously worked herself up the ladder. She thrives on making sure the escrow process is handled correctly and is there to relieve the stress that comes along with buying and selling property. Her bright personality makes her a great asset to our company. Kim enjoys music and fun in the sun.

Paola is our newest member of the Exact Escrow team, Paola brings her knowledge of the real estate field with her by previously working for a local mortgage company since 2002. She provides the highest level of customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Her bilingual skills bring even more diversity and adds tremendous value to our company. Paola enjoys a variety of recreational activities and enjoys spending time with her family and close friends.

Antoinette brings over 20 years of experience in Escrow. With a passion for precision and a commitment to client satisfaction, Having expertly navigated the complexities of countless escrow transactions, She prides herself on ensuring smooth and successful closings for every client. In addition to her expertise, Antoinette is known for the ability to build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals. She understands that each transaction is unique and works diligently to address the specific needs and concerns of all parties involved.
When not managing escrow accounts and guiding clients through the closing process, she enjoys spending camping, and spending time with family, grandchildren and friends, further demonstrating her well-rounded approach to life and work.
